If you open terminal, you can "cd .trash" (without the quotes of
course) then rm any file you like. Of course, if you want a file to
go bye-bye without going in the trash at all, you can "rm full/path/to/
file" replacing full/path/to/file with the location and file you'd
like to remove if it is in the current folder, then a simple rm file
will do the job.
Of course, the usual disclaimers apply here, and it won't delete files
you don't have permission to delete without being root.

Hello, Is there a way to sellect a file or files/folders from the
trash and simply delete them without having to totally empty the
entire trash? I can't find a way to do this, bur was hoping I am
missing something.
