Yep it does very much, I didn't know about the command left and right arrows 
moving between tabs, that is Mentions, Timeline, Direct Messages and so forth, 
that's nice and handy.

Navigating with the J and K keys means I don't have to move my fingers from the 
home row and that's both a convenience and a time saver so thanks.
