Hi: I have a feeling this is a no go sort of idea but I’m hoping I’m wrong. I use exchange for work. I often do my work email on the Mac. So far so good for Exchange. I have two distribution lists in exchange. when I enter one or the other of them in an address field on the Mac I get a list of everyone who has ever been a member of the group, not just the current members. It’s nuts since these groups have had changes over time. They’re all correct of course on the exchange side of the house and work in Windows office. But not on the Mac. Is there anything I can do about this? Can I create a Mac distribution that doesn’t confuse Outlook and be done with it? can I do anything so that the Mac sees the correct list not including folks who were long ago deleted? Both of my lists act the same so I don’t think it’s that I’ve done something wrong.
