Not that I'd understand a word, but do we have documented evidence of this? Again, not that I'd understand any of it as I'm no programer. lol!
I think that upon launch the app should detach if voice over is on and unable it. This happens in one of the apps I play with on ios. its a game. and if you have vo on it detects accessibility and turns on a special mode for you. take care and just my thoughts.
