you  need  to open  the  page you  want  to use  In this  case the ios user  
guide in Safari then  go  to the  share button  here you need  to swipe till 
you  come  to add bookmark to home screen click on it  and it  will put it  on  
the home  screen  then you  need  to just  drag it into  the  file you  want
