Hi Jessica, I was just wondering if you regularly close all your apps? You can't close them with the home key. You need to bring up the app switcher with a double-click of the home key, And then as you flick through the apps, you do a three-finger swipe up to close them. Leaving too many apps open will cause strange behaviors by the phone. Restarting the phone, or even turning it off and on again still does not close them. HTH. More often than not, when I try to get Siri to search the web for something, I flick through the results and find myself stuck in the part of the screen where the listen button and battery and clock are. Has anyone else seen this? I haven't been able to find anyone else who is experienced this problem. I have been trying for more than a year to fix this and am out of ideas.
