You simply write the names of individuals in your group list, followed
by a comma after each one. (I always press the right arrow till it's
at the end of the last individual listed).
Once you have listed all the individuals in your group, you'll be
ready to send.
BTW, it is best to do a BCC (blind Carbon Copy) so that addresses
aren't revealed). HTH

Can someone give me the directions on how to create a email that
will send out a message to a pre selected number of people?
For example, I'd lioke to create a email that sends a message to
all the people that were in my guide dog training class with me.
I'd appreciate details on how to do this as a number of new
responsibilities would make this ability a real time saver.
