Hi William. I don't know if you managed to sort this out or not, but here's what I do. I assume you are downloading the legacy text file formats from TNAUK? So I'll give you the steps that I use and I'm afraid it's a bit longwinded but it works. You will need to have a file management program such as phone drive, which can unzip and rename files etc. 1. go onto the website and find the link for the zipped file; 2. double tap on the file; 3. it will probably bring up a login window if you haven't already signed in; 4. log in; 5. go to the bottom of the screen and swipe your way back to Open in' and double tap; 6. swipe through the choices and choose to open in some kind of file management app such as phone drive which I find to be really good. 7. phone drive will automatically open and let you know that the file has been saved in its import folder; 8. navigate to the file itself and double tap 9. phone drive will ask if you want to unzip it; 10. choose unzip; 11. the unzipped file appears to be a microsoft word document, which ought to open up in voice dream, but unfortunately, it doesn't. Not sure why, but I have never been able to get those files from TNAUK to open up in word. 12. go to the top of the screen and swipe right to edit and double tap. 13. find the word alleged word document and press the rename button next to it. 14. rename it to have a .txt extention 15. hit the save button and the done button to finish editing. 16. double tap on the newly renamed text file and phone drive opens it up in a text viewer. 17. find the menuView icon and double tap it. 18. swipe to open in and double tap. 19. choose to open in voice dream. I don't know why the unzipped files don't open unless you rename them as text files but that has always been the case for me. Hope this works for you? Cheers Thuy
