I can also reproduce the issue of the selection no longer reading when
using the arrow keys, I use this in my list of TV shows. For now, the
work around is to use the voice over command to move down instead of
the regular arrow keys.

Hi,
I have a couple answers for you. The thing which seems to have been
broken is reading of what is selected when you use the arrow keys in
lists. You can still select if you interact, with vo-command-enter on
each track you want to chose.
I can’t duplicate the problem with autocompleted song names. I type one
into the search box and hi downarrow to pop up the list of possibilities.
