I went to the Epson site and downloaded and installed the latest twain driver
for the Epson Perfection V33. I still couldn’t get it to scan so I called
Kurzwiel and spoke to a technician. He said that K3000 was not designed for
the visually impaired and that you had to visually draw the area of the page
that you want to scan. He also had me bring up Image capture. He was able to
scan remotely and I could listen to the page being read.
He also said that VO wasn’t showing the window where you preview the page
before scanning it. Does any of this make sense?
