Jason, I have looked at the link but it is not that the programme has crashed it is that it is running in the background. Incidentally, I am not sure what the policy is on this list but for ease of access it is preferable if a reply can be at the top of the message rather than the bottom. It is probably OK for sighted users the way you do it but just makes it easy for screen reader people when the response is there on opening the e-mail. Do understand this is not a criticism but just stating a fact. Your help is great.
