I will apologise in advance, this is a slightly off topic question so could 
somebody reply to me off list? 
I am trying to get ahold of apple via email preferably about their apple ear 
pods, as mine have crapped out on me in under a month. If someone can point me 
in the right direction, off list, that would be amazing.
