Hi all - I followed the list advice and now have the Apple store app on my phone.
When trying to make a Genius bar appointment, I was able to select a day and time, but when it came to clicking the reserve button, a screen came up asking for my Apple ID. Although VO said text edit for the password field, there was no onscreen keyboard for me to use to enter it.
