I could be wrong, but since vm is just a file, You should just be able to delete it as you would any other file. However, since it is so large you might have trouble with it going into the trash. Then again Mac OSx might ask you if you want to just get rid of it rather than try to store it in the trash, since it is so big. As long as you don't need the authorization key, you can just delete the VM file. Again, I mostly guessing here but that's what I think would happen.
