Hello Paul. Here is what I do. I first take 2 apps i want in a folder and put
them on the first blank page. This makes it easier to overlap them to create
folders. if i already have a folder i move that and an app i want in it to the
blank page. I then move each app i want into that folder on to the new page one
at a time and put them in. When done I just move the folder back to the page it
belongs on and then repeat for any other folders. I hope this helps.
