I wonder if these problems might have to do with not enough contrast between the item being scanned and the surface below it, and therefore, KNFB having trouble zooming to the right point? Just a guess, I don't have KNFB reader installed. Interesting because it did do a manual of mine but the strange thing was that it did only about 10 lines of the page. The print appears very faint to me but then that is nothing to go by.
