Hi! Ok I’ve got 2.9.4 but have had Mac scan for ages and just updated within the app! I went to the web site and also can only see one download option for 2.9.4! Hit the download by mistake but sure enough ended up with a disc image installer for Mac scan in my downloads folder! Is that what you’ve got and could not install it! Colin
