Hi all -

I don’t know why, but when I connect my Braille note-taker to my Mac, it isn’t
visible on the desk top as a mounted drive in the way that external USB drives
are, and therefore I can’t execute a command e to safely eject it before
disconnecting. consequently, I have now lost access to the flash drive on the
note-taker. What can I do?

Is there a way to fix the flash drive, a hard re-set didn’t do it. Also, how do
we reject a drive that isn’t visible on the desk top, or maybe the question is
how to make it visible for ejecting?

Need much help with this as it is a serious matter -

Andy
