airfoil Speakers is the companion app to Airfoil, you download Airfoil and you get Airfoil Speakers as part of the package.
Put simply Airfoil Speakers is the opposite of Airfoil itself, Airfoil streams AirPlay from your computer and associated device across your network whereas Airfoil Speakers receives AirPlay streams to your computer and outputs them to associated devices. Failing that you can use AirPlay with iTunes right away to send the audio from iTunes to another device on your network. As for the cost of Airfoil I can’t really help you there, I also use Windows and I bought the Airfoil Cross Platform bundle. > On 29 Nov 2014, at 3:06 am, matthew dyer <[email protected]> > wrote: > > Hi Tary, > > There is an app which I use from time it time called air foil speakers.
