Actually, I believe the app developer is creating an emulator, not a game. I 
don't believe blind accessibility is of interest to them, it might not even be 
practical. Besides that, the developer has a history of Apple revoking app 
certificates, so it probably isn't worth anyone's time, unless they absolutely 
must have an emulator for an old handheld game device (I think the one being 
beta tested now is for a Gameboy Advance). Given that games, and even the 
emulator itself, could only be made available through piracy or reverse 
engineering of proprietary code belonging to Nintendo, I think Apple is 
unlikely to allow the emulator to stay around. The developer also appears to be 
trying to avoid Apple revoking the app's certificate by having someone else 
host the beta out of the belief that Apple is deliberately targeting the 
developer, rather than the apps he makes.

So it looks like this emulater is going to be pulled at any time. For now I 
guess it's not  worth it until we know that apple's certificate won't be 
removed.
