Good morning,
I have a similar computer, the battery design for the computer only holds up to
300 charges. However, believe it or not my laptop I can still get five hours
of continuous use running the latest operating system. I can explain to you why
my battery keeps running but it still does. I use it for work for home etc.
you might want to consider taking it over to the Apple store and have them look
at it.
