hey all, i'm trying to edit some old tape files witch i downloaded and i have come across a problem witch even google can not help me with. some of the tape files have parts that are super loud and i want to drop the volume. i don't want to have to go through the file to find each individual part. Is there an effect I can use to turn the loud parts down? Could normalise achieve this effect? i didn't have much luck with it last time.
any help would be fantastic. thanks Michael <--- Mac Access At Mac Access Dot Net ---> To reply to this post, please address your message to mac-access@mac-access.net You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Mac-Access forum at the list's public Mail Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/mac-access@mac-access.net/>.
