Hi, I use iText Express. It's a free app in the Mac app store. This is not to say that I don't use TextEdit at all. Because I purchased my MacBook Air just before the iWorks suite was hree for a new purchase, I would need to purchase Pages, which I did demo, but was not impressed at the time since I am a regular user of MS Office.
