Hi! I hope others may have some views on this.
I've been using Sarotek's Docuscan+ App on the Mac and other platforms for quite some time.
I changed my Password for my Serotek account a couple of days ago and then raun Docuscan+ forgetting about the password change.
Course things didn't go too well, Docuscan+ wouldn't allow me to login to the account because of the changes Docuscan+ didn't recognise so how to have Docuscan+ recognise a new login password does anyone know? I've written to Serotek Tech Support about this and - very unusually - I've not yet received an answer from and normally Serotek Support is right on the ball responding very quickly to support requests, it could be of course that their support cnter is overwhelmed at the moment <smile>..
