OK guys,

I never thought I'd see the day when I would actually care about this as passionately as I now do, however, I'm really at a turning point in my life where I really need to start trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. I won't go into the specifics, but we'll just say I could stand to lose about 15 pounds. My point is, I've got the My Fitness Pal app, and I absolutely love it! You'd not believe what it's done just in the past two days alone that I've had it to motivate me! Simply incredible! What I wonder however is, if this app won't do it, maybe you all can recommend to me one that will.

Basically, what I want is to be able to share my diary tab of the app from a particular day with my social media like Twitter or Facebook. By the way, I'm signed into my My Fitness Pal account using my Facebook as the connecting point of sign in. Not sure if that matters.

Ultimately, what I want is for it to send to my twitter followers and Facebook friends my progress each day. I want it to let them know I burned X amount of calories, or maybe that I all total ate Y amount of calories. I don't see a way to do this though. At least not with this particular app. Am I missing something? If not, can you all please suggest another app I could use in combination with My Fitness Pal to do this? Also, like My Fitness Pal, would the app connect with my Health app to store its data?

Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it very greatly!

Chris.
