I tried the number as I knew if it was closed I would get an answer phone so 
that was no problem. when I called the number I got a message saying it was 
being charged at local rates. I then also got a message saying the number had 
been changed and then said in a very fast speed what the new number was so I 
could dump possibly remember it. it also said that if this new number was 
dialled it would be charged as an even higher rate, so it looks like Vodafone 
put a charge on disability.
