How do you change the VO reading command to a page? or entire document? 
Sorry for being obtuse, but, I truly don't know how to do that.

When I use it the amount you copy to the clipboard with the quad triple tap 
command depends on which VO Reading command you use. You can certainly copy 
more than one line. If you are reading a screen then the whole screen will be 
copied. If you are reading a paragraph that will be copied, if it is a read all 
then all  and so on.
