You and I talked way way way back in the days via phone. It's been quite a while, but I have a good memory.

Sorry, I was just making a point. Didn't mean to stir up an awquard feeling. You asked me if I knew, and I said no. that seemed to be the logical thing to do was get him, or someone else to help you look.

If you're angry at my comment, I'm sorry, dono what to tell ya.

Chris,
How did you remember that my son's name is Alexander?

You know Glenn, I'm honestly not totally sure. You'll have to get Alexander
or someone sighted to look. I'm sorry. I don't have anyone near me right
now who can, or else I'd find out. sorry about that.

Chris.

Cool, thanks, that's simple enough.
When you hit the space, does it insert a space too?
That would not be good for eMail addresses.

OK, let me grab my IPhone so I can talk you through this correctly...

1. Go to Settings.

2. Double tap on General.

3. Double tap on Keyboard.

4. Double tap on Shorttcuts

5. Double tap on add, which is in the top right corner, yes you can flick
to it if needed.

6. Now you're in the phraise field, so simply type in your e-mail address
in completion.

7. Next, double tap in the Shortcut optional field, then type in
something
like GPEM or whatever you want to type to expand to your address.

8. Now, upper right corner, double tap on save.

There you go.

Now, to make this work and test it out, put yourself into a text field.
Doesn't matter where, just get focus moved inside one. Now type your
shortcut text. You'll need to then afterward hit the space bar. It won't
expand until you do so.

Chris.

Hi Chris,
That sounds good, you could send me the steps, and I should be good to go
with that.
Thanks much.

Glenn,

You are! aware, are you not, that if you don't like typing your e-mail
address, you can set up a shortcut, so you would type for example, GPEM,
which stands for "Glenn's personal E-mail." Then, once you hit the space
bar, it would expand to your entire e-mail address.

Let me know if you'd like some help setting this up.

Chris.

Hi,
I was just wondering, from the users of the Be My Eyes app on IOS.
Should one have to put in their eMail and password each time we use it?
For those who have difficulty typing on their device, it makes it
useless,
and I'm not fond of typing in my eMail and password each time I use it.
I have worked with others to use it successfully, and they have had to
enter
their information each time.
I tried mine today, and it has been so long since I used it, I don't
even
remember which eMail account I used on it.
Thanks for any feedback.
Glenn
