[Mac-Access]: How to leave the list

Hello everyone,

I’m not a moderator, so don’t shoot me down!

I think this will work for leaving the list which is using SurgeMail. Send a 
message to:
mac-access-lea...@mac-access.net <mailto:mac-access-lea...@mac-access.net>

The subject and body do not matter.
