I don't. I don't claim to be Dudley Doright here, but Shawn is right - an
email list is not the place to be encouraging piracy.

The problem with the disappearing 9.2.1 on the Apple KB was apparently
server failure (<grin> I said 5 million people would try to D/L at once - I
was right </grin>), but if Apple had pulled it, there would have been a good
reason. 

That doesn't mean I should immediately head out to some warez group to pick
it up. Why would I want software that Apple thought had problems?

As to commercial software, I've heard reasonable rationalizations for
piracy, but 'everyone else is doing it' isn't one of them.

Let's face it. For any piece of software, someone has put his/her work into
it - they deserve to be paid, and they have the moral right to decide on
it's use.
