But Junior was fun. He livened things up a million-fold on a dreary winter afternoon (not that I can remember an instance where I agreed with him... he came from the heart of the Bible belt and was of an earlier generation or two (50-60 years old)). As for the spell-checker thingy... if you have Outlook Express + MS Word installed Outlook will use Word's spell-checker. BTW Trash cans are great places for old computer h/w. In the last few weeks I've managed to dig up a 15" + 17" monitor, a 144 modem (only wanted one... there were 10 USR Sportsters lying there), a 486 & a USB Microsloth ergo keyboard -- for the expense of the food required to power my muscles I picked up a Windoze computer (if that tells you anything about the longevity of the computers (& yes, I still remember my iMac tirade :) :) :) ;) BTW #2 QUESTION: all you touch-typists out there... which finger do you use to type the numeral 6? On this bizarre keyboard the 6 is tied to the left index finger as opposed to the right index finger. Right from day 1 I was taught to use the right index finger for 6 so it seems bizarre to me to have your left striking three numerals, 4, 5 and 6.
