No biggie.

You have a software problem. Your Mac cannot find a valid system folder to
start up off. To verify this start up your Mac off any utility CD that has
a System on it. If you have one.

Or any CD that has an installer that will install a System that will run
on your Mac.

I have several of these. Where are you in Canada. If you are local I'll
stop over after supper and straighten out the mess.

The DRIVE that was in the Mac is obviously terminated if it is the ONLY
drive in your Mac. You should have kept it as the last drive abd given the
other drive a SCSI ID of 2, 6 or 4 and put it between the Power Suply and
the other drive....in terms of the SCSI cables.
