So far, I believe:

Ability to access the site is ISP-dependent. I have several dozen reports from people 
who can access the site with a variety of ISPs. I'm interested in the people who can't.

Sympatico users can't. (Numerous negative reports, none positive.)
Rogers Cable users can't. (2 negative reports. (Yes, I had one report of success, but 
I have reason to believe the report to be unreliable.))
Cogeco users can't. (Based on one negative report.)

I'm gonna look a little further into this.
