I guess I deleted the original "dirty trick" message. So for pre-OS X
users (some might work in X), try adding the system sound file that
was around a few years ago saying in a fantastic authoritarian voice
"This Mac will self destruct in 30 seconds".
Then follow with a full screen shot of the "Bomb", animated or not.
And then a plain full screen BLACK pict.
And for the "I knew that" smart*ss wannabe guru, a full screen
snapshot of their own desktop, (and possibly with variations of all
or some of the above) loaded into their Start Items folder.
It's amazing watching such a person clicking everywhere on THEIR
(well it appears normal) "desktop" and watching while nothing
happens. ;)
