Be wary of NCIX . COM. While they have great prices, if something goes wrong, good luck. No offense to anyone on the list, but their english isn't very good at all on the phone, and it took me several calls with "customer service reps" to even get a return authorization number for my laptop HD when it died. Prices good, service = crap.


I've been dealing with them for years, even before they were ncix but I forget what the old name was. Never once had a problem. Their customer service is tops. Sure you got the same company? RMAs aren't a problem and they've always gone to bat for me. They're on the west coast, everyone I have spoken to has had excellent english. Mileage varies, I guess.
