Frank, I was successful also this time around, with both Safari and
Firefox. I guess that when I was trying earlier, their server was on
the way down.
So the website works with Macs, even though they say I need windows.
But I remain pissed that the government intends to exclude non-
windows users.

What version of Safari you using? cookies enabled? is your password
