USB dongles... though, it seems like it's not the easiest endeavour!

Let the list know if you get anywhere with this. I'd like to know
which ones work (supposedly, if you can get a Broadcomm based 802.11g
dongle you can use Apple's Airport Extreme drivers)

Eric.

Thanks Eric,
We have been lent a USB 1.1 belkin adapter 802.11b (b? g? don't know
much about this wireless thing ) but it does not seem to work on this
iMac 333MHz tray load with OS 9.2 (please note).
It never shows in TCPIP first menu at the top of the window (we set
up the belkin driver but can never connect with it either)
Do you think that with a belkin .11h adapter and the airport driver
we can connect in OS 9?
Maybe I can put my hands on a .11h (not sure however, I think it's USB 2)
Thanks to shed some light,
JCT

Of course the last part of my post should read:

Maybe I can put my hands on a .11g (not sure however, I think it's USB 2).
Notice I am refering to 802.11g USB adapter not .11h !
Sorry for my accumulation of errors in this post :-(
