Unfortunately you can't manually set how much memory
each Windows app will use. Word is a RAM hog and
will use all it can get. Which version of Word do
you have? How much RAM in those computers? 128meg
is barely enough for running MS Office apps with
Win98 and newer.

Windows 95B and Office 95 do make a fairly decent
setup for office type work, even with as little as
32megs RAM if you only work on one small document
at a time. Windows 98 and/or Office 97 and up need
a whole lot more RAM to work in.
