Hi all,

I've been looking at getting a desktop PCI PowerMac to supplement my
PowerBook 3400. One of the things I want to do with this system is run a DOS
card.

I had my eye on either a PowerMac 5500 or 5400 since the all-in-one form
factor is pretty handy, and I just plain like the look of them.
The problem, as far as I can see, is that all the DOS cards I've read of use
a sort of pass-through cable which runs between the system unit and the
monitor. Obviously, using such a cable is impossible with an all-in-one 5000
series Mac.

Is there some kind of work-around which allows you to use one of the DOS
cards in a 5x00? Maybe a different type of card? Anyone know where I might
be able to get one?

Cheers,
Adam.
