I would guess and say probably not.   The issue is that VPC 'owns' 
the hardware and has to translate all of the I/O from Windows into 
the PCI slot.   The only card that I know was supported was a Vodoo I 
and II cards in VPC 3.   This was dropped in VPC 4 and hasn't 
resurfaced.
