Ahhh, something I've tried to do and failed too! :> I asked this question a few months ago, since I had a couple of them to play with. The PC Mil card does not have enough space in the bios to store the Mac's bios data. I tried two cards. The first one I tried I did the same as you - attempted to update the card, and it failed. I then tried it in a PC and I could not flash it there either. On the second one, it failed too. However, I also downloaded the PC flasher to the Mac and flashed the PC bios to it. This allowed me to be able to use it on the PC again. I now have a Voodoo 3 3000 in mine, so I no longer need it. :> Brian Futrell -- Macs: "PowerTower": 9500/200 128M/Zip100/4.3GB/USB/9.1 "MiniPower": 8500/180 128M/4.3GB+1GB/8.1-PC Card 166/32/Win98SE "Goliath": Q900 64/1GB/7.6.1 "TinyTim": P475 20/1GB/7.6.1 -- Mac-N-DOS is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... / Buy books, CDs, videos, and more from Amazon.com \ / <http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect-home/lowendmac> \ Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Mac-N-DOS list info: <http://lowendmac.com/lists/mac-n-dos.shtml> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/mac-n-dos%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
