I have just spent a pleasant (?) half hour trawling through the
Velocity Upgrades (http://www.velocityupgrades.com) site, amongst
others, salivating at the thought of buying two 32MB DIMMS for the
pricely sum of $11.95 each only to discover, at the point of
submitting the order, that the shipping costs would be some $75!
This even makes the Crucial.com prices in the UK (about 30 each)
quite competitive.
I suspect this is something of an old chestnut on this list but could
anyone tell me the best source of supply for a 168 pin DIMM FPM 5V
suitable for a 7200/75 in the UK. (Buying cheap through eBay is nice
but frustrating when you keep being outbid with about 10 seconds to
go!)
Thanks in advance
Martin
