Disk Partitioning

Is there an equivalent to Partition Magic (on PCs) for OS X? I've got a 
G4 AGP on which I'd like to install YellowDog Linux. There's space on 
the HD but the whole drive is taken up with the HFS partition. I know I 
could just blow away the existing OS X installation, but this G4 was my 
original OS X machine, and I keep finding things that I've forgotten 
about that are on it. So ideally I'd like to repartition, thus keeping 
the original installation.
