Out of curiosity, is this with Toast? Built-in OS9 discburner?Ok people here is the lowdown on the Lite-On. I got the 52x32x52 CDRW and fitted it without any problems. Everything worked first time.
Burning: I was able to burn the first CD at 32x. Next 2 at 32x halted with an error message about unstable connections. I tried 24x and again the first came out ok. The next 2 CDs gave the same error message. [4 coasters thus far ;)]
Burning at 16x has proven more reliable with only 1 coaster out of about 5 CDs.

The reason I'm asking is that my B&W with the same Lite-On drive is fine with Toast 5.2.1 but OS 9.2.2 discburner keeps getting to the "closing session" stage and getting stuck. Force quitting locks the whole OS :-(
