Well, I may be able to trump this. I have an Outbound! This is a
pre-portable mac clone. You bought an SE, ripped out the roms and
threw it away. Then you bought an Outbound, put the roms in it, and
off you went.
About half the size of a Plus. Folds flat. powerbook form-factor It
has an detachable infrared keyboard that acts as a screen cover, nice
greyscale lcd screen, internal HD. Absolutely amazing.
One day I may sell it. At the moment its mouldering in our loft, but
I'm quite attached to it. It was as far ahead of its time as the donor
SE was.
I got all the latest drivers before the parent co went down the drain.
I can't remember what I had running on it, possibly 7.x . . . .
