Hi, I have a client running os9.2 and a laserjet1500 printer from a Flat Panel iMac. When she prints only the first page is printed .. and it keeps printing until the printer is turned off. I downloaded a new driver - some result
I installed the printer in OSX - she has 10.1. I - but now the add printer dialog crashes when I click on add printer - I have suggested that she should upgrade to panther - she is reluctant to do that in case in doesn't resolve the problem. Does anyone on the list have any ideas on what is going wrong and how to fix it?
