Looked up the Word help feature for Keyboard Shortcuts and the commands listed there don't work either... On one of the Office MVP sites I did find this interesting bit that may help you to either find the keyboard commands that will do it or at least show you some that you may not have known (leading to less mouse activity) or the ones to create new shortcuts... 1. In Word go to Menu item 'Tools' then 'Macro' and the submenu item 'Macros...' 2. In the dialog box that comes up type the beginning to 'ListCommands' in the Macro name text field, once this shows up in the box below click on it and then click on the 'run' dialog button (or return). 3. Another dialog box comes up called 'List Commands' and gives you the option to choose between current menu and keyboard settings or all word commands by choosing the appropriate radio button. Click okay and Word will create a new document with a table showing the keyboard shortcuts that are available according to your choice above. If not there are several MVP sites (some Mac specific and some general) with helping tips or forums as well as the Usenet groups from Microsoft that one could draw on or at least make MS aware of the bugs...
