Thanks, Roger, those were very entertaining but I can't agree that the 
second one is OTT. Instructions put in place by public bodies can be 
headbangingly frustrating and/or incomprehensible. My most recent 
experience of that was on the Companies House web site, where I was 
trying to fill in an Annual Return...
