Without a doubt DayLite from Marketcircle. They have a 30 day trail
online, extensive documentation with quicktime examples. Their software
syncs with Apples stuff, integrates email and even sync's with Palm,
Blackberry and PocketPC with teh help of a bit of extra software.

Thanks to those who helped with suggestions for e-newsletters. Very
useful.
My next question: does anyone have any recommendations for contact
management software for the Mac, suitable for small business, and
without loads of useless (to me) bells and whistles (I don't need it
to do accounts, I don't need it to communicate with a fleet of sales
people, I don't need it to tell me where my nearest restaurant
is....etc etc). I'd like to be able to try it out free first.
There doesn't seem to be a great deal of choice.
