Can't say for the latest revision (2.0) but for previous versions (1.1) there are definitely one or two that do not work with Macs. Best to check with google searches or manufacturer sites before going forward with a purchase once you see one that you're interested in. I read a German report about a year ago in which a usb adapter from a company called something like BlueFritz did not work with the Mac (at the time there were only two that did not work out of 10 or so).
